More countdown: Nos. 1-50 | 51-60 | 61-70 | 71-80 | 81-90 | 91-100 Every day, things are getting closer for Oklahoma State. Progress has been steady for Mike Gundy, who made his head coaching debut in 2005. Last year produced a 9-4 record with a tinge of disappointment at the end. The Cowboys fell at home to Oklahoma in the season finale, then dropped a competitive Holiday Bowl to Oregon, ending the year one game short of a 10-victory season. After the game, Gundy knew the expectations would be even higher for 2009. If Oklahoma State merely maintains its offensive production, the program will be fine on that side of the ball.
