PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Two days before National Signing Day, Rutgers hired Kyle Flood to replace Greg Schiano as the head coach of the football program. Team leaders Brandon Jones, D.C. Jefferson and Betim Bujari all watched the press conference from the team meeting room and offered their thoughts Tuesday afternoon.

Rutgers Football Announces 2012 Recruiting Class
Rutgers head football coach Kyle Flood announced Wednesday that 18 student-athletes have signed to play football for the Scarlet Knights beginning in the fall of 2012. In addition, Rutgers already secured commitments from two mid-year enrollees, to bring the signing class total to 20.
