As the days pass and the start of Syracuse at Northwestern comes closer and closer (Aug. 30th at noon EST (shown on ESPN2)) the Las Vegas oddsmakers are keeping the line pretty steady in this game. It opened with the Orange being 12 point underdogs. Now, about a week after the opening line, Syracuse is a 121/2 dog to Northwestern. What does that mean?
