This season, Penn State draws in Eastern Michigan for a customary beat down in exchange for a few hundred thousand bucks. Yes, that’s all relative to what Eastern Michigan football has traditionally been: very, very bad. As we roll on through our Summer Snapshot series–in tandem with Galen’s TMI and Tim’s Q&A–it’s time to take a deeper look at where the Eagles of Eastern Michigan are coming from, and a few things about the team to watch for this fall. The Past Few Seasons… Surprisingly enough, for a team that’s been so bad for so long, the Eagles have only had three head coaches from 2000 to now with Ron English at the helm.
