Conventional wisdom says there is no way Tim Tebow misses Saturday's game against LSU. We've heard that he's ahead of schedule and that he hasn't had any reoccurring headaches. Most players would probably get the nod with good news like that. But this is Tim Tebow. With news like that, no one could convince me that he wouldn't get the nod.
But there is one factor that could change everything. That factor is the Tiger Stadium crowd.
One factor that could keep the top-ranked Gators' (4-0, 2-0 SEC) biggest playmaker out is his reaction to noise. Tiger Stadium is known for being one of the toughest college football environments and if Tebow can't perform properly because of the noise, Meyer won't hesitate to sit him.
"If the noise bothers Tim, he won't be in the game. It means he's still symptomatic (for a concussion)," Meyer said.
