They are Gobbler tracks.
According to SBNation, the Virginia Tech Hokies actually plan to use these helmets this year during the 2012 football season. I’m sure everyone has a joke for this. I personally can’t type all of them at once without laughing uncontrollably. I don’t know what that shape is to be honest. Is it a sword from the Legend of Zelda? Is it V that would be a T if it were upside down? You tell me guys. This isn’t Nike Pro-Combat anymore, it seems to be of a Nike Bro-Combat (Totally stolen from @JasonKirkSBN). I just want to see the most ridiculous uniforms possible this year. I wish these FSU uniforms were real. I also wish these Gator uniforms were real.
Apparently, these helmets will only be used against Austin Peay:
The Hokies will supposedly only wear these helmets in their game against Austin Peay. This is in addition to their camouflage uniforms that they will wear against Bowling Green.
Well, at least it won’t be worn during an important game right?
