When someone gets one right they deserve a reprint. Below you'll find excerpts from Michael Booker's prediction of tech game published on LHB on 12-Jul-12.
Booker's Bold Prediction #3: Georgia Tech will only score one touchdown in Athens.
UGA- 42 tech-13
If there ever were a defensive unit that was custom stacked to defend the triple option, the one in Athens owns the title. When this unit was just a pack of pups back in 2010, they were able to slow down the outside pitch, but gave up way too many punishing yards up the gut. Insert Big John Jenkins. During this unit's break out party in 2011, the Bugs had no chance going up the middle, and were introduced to some kids named Jarvis Jones and Alec Ogletree who spent the fine fall afternoon stalking the pitchman and his posse.
In 2012, the grand finale for the the majority of this defense, the triple option will no longer be considered something they need to lose sleep over. I...

Georgia Bulldogs LB Alec Ogletree had a vicious tackle of Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets WR Robert Godhigh during Saturday's college football game in Athens that turned out to be more of a combination body slam and pile driver.
It happened in the second quarter as Godhigh caught a 4-yard pass, and probably wished he hadn't after Ogletree picked him up and slammed him...
Georgia linebacker Alec Ogletree is one of the Bulldogs’ better tacklers, and he proved that with his WWE-style takedown of Georgia Tech wide receiver Robert Godhigh on Saturday. The expression “tossed like a rag doll” is one of the most overused in football, but Ogletree did just that with Godhigh after the receiver caught a pass over the middle with less than two minutes...
In Saturday’s showdown between Georgia and Georgia Tech, Bulldogs safety Alec Ogletree threw down a nasty slam on Yellow Jackets running back Robert Godhigh.
Godhigh made the catch, but Ogletree came out of nowhere, wrapping him up on the tackle and slamming his head onto the turf. Looks really painful.

Georgia 42, Georgia Tech 10
Title game time: Despite the lopsided score and difference in their records, Georgia (11-1) and Georgia Tech (6-6) are both headed to their conference championship games. The Bulldogs won their way into the SECs big game, but the Yellow Jackets will be playing Florida State for the ACC title because Miami pulled itself from the postseason play.
Oh how things can change in a week. This time last week, people were trying to figure out how the BCS world would cope with having three undefeated teams and figuring out which of those teams deserved spots in the BCS National Chamionship. Now, Notre Dame is the lone undefeated remaining after losses by Kansas State and Oregon, and we are now faced with the strong possibility of...
