by Brett McMurphyFiled under: CincinnatiTAMPA, Fla. -- Cincinnati quarterback Tony Pike suffered a sprained left wrist in the first half against South Florida and, after trying to tough it out in the second half, is out of the game.At halftime, Pike, who broke his left arm last year underwent X-rays, but they were negative. Pike lead the Bearcats' first drive of the second half, but remained on the sideline as backup Zach Collaros took over for the second drive.Pike completed just 1-of-6 passes for 12 yards in his lone drive in the second half. Collaro ran for a 75-yard touchdown on his first series.
