NIU played last Tuesday night against Toledo, a game in which neither team could stop the other. The Huskies were a 9.5 point underdog, but won the game outright, 63-60. Bowling Green comes in off a disappointing 27-15 loss at Kent State, a game in which they were favored by 3.5 points. The Falcons outgained the Golden Flashes 445 to 319 in total yards, but were done in by 4 costly turnovers. NIU is the top team in the MAC West conference with a 4-1 record in conference play, 6-3 overall. Bowling Green is 4-5 overall, 2-3 in the MAC. The Huskies are all about offense. They have scored an average of 41.2 points per game, good for 10th in the country. They are led by senior QB Chandler Harnish, who threw for 6 TD's in the win against Toledo.
