Florida DT Dominique Easley and former Alabama CB Reggie Myles avoid formal charges for scuffle outside The SwampGAINESVILLE – The State Attorney's office announced Thursday that it will not seek formal charges against Florida DT Dominique Easley or former Alabama CB Reggie Myles in relation to sworn complaints filed against the two.
The Florida Gators received an influx of talent on the perimeter this year that will make them one of the best back courts, if not the best back court in the country. Junior transfer Mike Rosario and freshman Brad Beal are two big time players that displayed their skills Thursday night in their first exhibition games as Gators. University of Florida men's basketball senior guard Erving Walker (Brooklyn, N.Y.) has been named a candidate for the 2011 Lowe's Senior CLASS Award, Lowe's and Premier Sports Management announced today.
It is no secret that the University of Florida basketball team is going to be a guard oriented bunch in 2011-2012. The loss of big time front court players Chandler Parsons, Vernon Macklin, and Alex Tyus has left the team a little shorthanded with numbers in the front court. Junior Erik Murphy and sophomore Will Yeguete at forward are just two that will have to step up.

The Gators finally return home for Homecoming on Saturday. They have won 20 in a row over the Commodores, but this year's Vanderbilt team under first-year coach James Franklin is better than most of the Commodore teams the Gators have easily disposed of in the past.
