Lee Corso has had a little less of a filter lately.

This morning, when trying to choose between the SMU Mustangs and the Houston Cougars, in a matchup that could have some substantial BCS implications, Corso dropped a nice little F-bomb on live TV.

As he picks up the megaphone to start the “USA” cheer for SMU, due to their red, white, and blue, he switches over to the Cougar head and drops the F-bomb.

Watching Fowler’s head hit the table, and Herbstreit die laughing are both priceless.

Nice one Lee!

If Houston’s Case Keenum Doesn’t Win the Heisman, Maybe He Can Adopt This Kid

Nice costume kid.  Very authentic, right down to the old-timey leather helmet.  Wonder if the little scamp came up with the idea on his own, or if his parents promised him a new puppy if he let them turn him into a living, breathing Heisman Trophy and show him off at the Houston-SMU game, which the Cougars won easily 37-7. I don’t recall the actual trophy having such a scowl...

Houston's 37-7 victory over SMU a 'tough win'

HOUSTON It has come down to characterizing a 30-point win as a big test. A 500-yard offensive day is a grind. A "championship drive" is one in which you push the score from 23-7 to 30-7. Can SMU's defense contain Case Keenum?

Houston quarterback Case Keenum is the all-time FBS leader in total yards, passing yards and passing touchdowns, but the Cougars have faced some of the worst defenses in the country this season. SMU will be the Cougar's biggest test of the year, coming in with the second-ranked defense in C-USA. Will the Mustangs' D be able to quiet the Houston hype?

Keenum sets FBS record for completions (AP)

Houston senior quarterback Case Keenum set the Football Bowl Subdivision career record for completions in the first quarter of Saturday's game against SMU. Keenum needed seven completions to eclipse Graham Harrell's FBS record (1,403), set with Texas Tech from 2005-08. He surpassed Harrell's mark on a 22-yard pass to running back Bryce Beall on the Cougars' second...

Houston Cougars stay unbeaten as QB Case Keenum sets another record

Maybe Houston's defense deserves some notoriety, too. Case Keenum set the Football Bowl Subdivision career record for completions, threw a touchdown pass and ran for another score as No. 11 Houston stayed unbeaten with a 37-7 win over SMU on Saturday. The Cougars' top-ranked offense sputtered for much of the game, so Houston turned to its unheralded defense to beat the Mustangs...

As Keenum picks up more records, Houston gathers steam toward BCS

In 2001, Houston went 0-11. Now the 11th-ranked Cougars are 11-0 after throttling SMU. Brett McMurphy says they've got Case Keenum and his myriad records to thank for their being in a spot to make a BCS bowl.
