Bush League Chronicle:
Cincinnati Bearcats running back George Winn took a page out of Tim Tebow's book during Saturday's game against the Syracuse Orange. On a fourth-and-two situation to begin the second quarter, Bearcats head coach Butch Jones dials up a trick play for the ages. At first Cincinnati gives the impression that they are going to pound the ball between the guards to pick up the first down, but opt for a Tebow-style jump pass instead.Winn is able to take an unsuspecting Orange defense by surprise to hit wide receiver Travis Kelce on the run for a go-ahead touchdown.Timmy would be proud.

Cincinnati Bearcats runningback George Winn channeled his inner Tim Tebow against Syracuse when he hit Travis Kelce for this 37-yard score, and on 4th down no less. Certainly a Sportscenter Top 10 play.H/T: The Big Lead

The Cincinnati Bearcats pulled off a Tim Tebow-Style jump-pass in the second quarter against Syracuse. The touchdown went for 37 yards which is different than Tebow’s customary jump-passes that happened near the goal line when he was at Florida.
Maybe Rex Ryan could put this in his Tebow package next game. Why has this post become all about Tim Tebow?

I liked doing the 10 thoughts immediately following the game last week, so I'll do the same this week after Cincinnati's 35-24 victory over Syracuse. It's much better than the normal scatterbrained recap that comes when I do pieces after games. Follow me to number 1.
1) Brendon Kay replaced Munchie Legaux

Haven’t we seen something like this somewhere from some backup QB from the New York Jets?
Yeah, looks awfully familiar but it works!
In Saturday’s Cincinnati Bearcats game, RB George Winn took a handoff on 4th & 1, acted like he was going to run it up the gut and hopped up to hit a receiver off a block for a 37 yard TD to give them the lead.

Despite coming off its biggest comeback in school history against USF, Syracuse dropped a winnable game to Cincinnati 35-24. SU misses a golden opportunity to come in and steal one from the Bearcats, having led the game going into halftime. So much for nabbing the first three-game winning streak in the Doug Marrone era. The road to the post season just got even...
It’s the last weekend with political ads. Soak those babies up.
The free agent season opened up at midnight, what is the latest from the Twins?
This is a funny sign from Baton Rouge and Game Day.
The Cincinnati Bearcats prove that there is pretty much nothing special about Tim Tebow.
