Week 3 preview: FAU vs North Texas

FAU will play their first home game of the season against University of North Texas on Saturday, Sept. 25 at Lockhart Stadium. This game will mark the start of what should be their last four games at Lockhart before construction on their brand new home stadium is completed by next season. For FAU, this is a perfect match up for their home opener. FAU will be coming off a bye week. The long break should be more than enough to prepare them for this game. If the Owls have done their homework we can expect running back Alfred Morris to have a plethora of touches. Morris should have a spectacular game as North Texas greatly struggles against the run. The North Texas Mean Green are 0-3. In their last game, they were slaughtered by Army 0-24. Quite simply, the Mean Green aren’t so mean. Their rushing defense is atrocious.
