Now that it appears that K-Rod will be inked , Francisco Rodriguez and the Mets have to figure out what number he will wear.
He used to wear #57 on the Angels, but that is taken by great Santana. The Mets could issue him number #47 that was last worn by Tom Glavine .
K-Rod, according to NY Times used to wear #37 when he competed in the WBC, but that number is retired and last worn by Casey Stengal.
The Mets would not issue #17 because it was worn by Keith Hernandez and there is a possibility that number might be retired in the New Citi-Field.
So what number do you think K-Rod should wear? Should he wear number 47, 56, 77, 97, 75, 62..
