Utah State is in quite a predicament with Chuckie Keeton out for the season. Keeton went down in the BYU game Friday night after landing awkwardly on his left leg. Head coach Matt Wells has said that Keeton tore both his MCL and ACL. Some have said Chuckie Keeton may have been a possible Heisman finalist when the year came to an end, but now that’s the last thing on anyone’s mind in Logan, Utah. Craig Harrison now takes over the reigns at quarterback for the Aggies. In his limited playing time, Harrison has thrown for 263 yards and 2 touchdowns. A far cry from the numbers Keeton was putting up, but hey, that’s what you get when it comes to the backup. With all this bad news, there is a fair amount of good news that people may be overlooking. (Well kind of anyway) As of now Utah State sits at the top of the Mountain division within the Mountain West. The Mountain side of the conference is fairly weak compared the West side.
