It’s an intriguing question isn’t it? Which player will be the rookie of the year in 2009? It’s not something that takes more than one year into account, which is key. I may think Mark Sanchez will be a better overall player than Matthew Stafford but in one season Stafford could outplay Sanchez.

  • Cornilius Ingram
  • crabtree
  • If it's gonna be a defensive player, it will be Aaron Curry.
Offensive, probably Moreno or or hopefully Maclin.
  • Jason Smith
  • defensive- Aaron Curry
    offensive- Crabtree or sanchez
  • Sanchez,Maclin has to split catches w/ DeSean Jackson and Ingram and Shady wont be starters for a year or 2.Sanchez has the starting spot all but won. And Staford and Pettigrew will be bust.
  • Maclin Rookie of the year. Watch Ingram too. Screw Sanchez he will have fun trying to play the pats and dolphins. MACLIN!!!!!!!

  • I also think Moreno will get offensive ROY, for defense Tyson Jackson or BJ Raji

  • I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Percy Harvin teaming up with Adrian Peterson,I know it sounds Crazy but it sounds like something that could benefit Harvin the best...
  • I like that Percy Harvin pick, too, in a way. That team just got a whole lot better with a versatile player like him and having Berrian. Peterson is going to love it if he gets a passing game and doesn't have to run against 8-man fronts all season.
