Rookie linebacker Beau Bell also will undergo surgery on his right knee for tendinitis and swelling. He had arthroscopic surgery in August to remove loose cartilage from behind the kneecap. The fourth-round pick out of UNLV was the Browns’ first overall selection.

The Browns have lost rookie LB Beau Bell to a knee injury, as the team announced today that he had arthroscopic surgery to remove loose cartilage from behind his right kneecap.

Well there won't be any rookie hold-outs this season, which is a good thing considering they are all 4th round or lower picks and can't afford to miss any time at all. Each of the picks are signed through the 2011 season, however no other terms of the contracts have been released...
