Danny O'Brien threw two second half touchdowns and Maryland's defense forced four second half turnovers, helping the Terrapins pull away to a 28-3 win over in-state foes Towson on Saturday.
Maryland (2-2) snapped a two-game losing streak with the win, but failed to convert on any of its third or fourth downs in the first half , and led 7-3 at halftime.

This Blog is a Lie
As many of my readers felt it necessary to point out, I'm a big, fat phony.
This past Saturday, it did rain in College Park. A lot. I know. I was there. My clothes are sitting in the basement next to a dehumidifier and I'm praying they don't grow mold. So sue me. Or do something constructive and think of another name for this blog.

It Wasn't Pretty, but the Terps Win Again

This afternoon, Maryland is expected to land the crown jewel of their football recruiting class: 4-star wideout Kenny Tate. Announcement is at 5 p.m. Also, some notes on Terp recruit Davin Meggett, son of David Meggett from the NY Giants.
