It wasn't a great rookie season for former USC defensive end Everson Griffen, and the ending – featuring two separate arrests and one tasering in 72 hours last weekend – was much worse. But that was last weekend: This weekend, Griffen isn't about to let his legal troubles keep him from a Super Bowl trip to Las Vegas – or from inviting anyone in Los Angeles...

USC bans players from attending Everson Griffen party
USC athletic administrators have banned all football players from attending a trip to Las Vegas organized by current NFL player and former Trojans defensive end Everson Griffen this weekend for the Super Bowl, a school spokesperson confirmed Thursday.

Pete Carroll plays joke on his USC football team
USC head football coach is a prankster. He pulled a April Fools joke on defensive end Everson Griffen and this past Sunday in camp he decided to play one on his whole team. Carroll says that defensive end Kyle Moore was caught by police in an internet piracy ring, but in the end tells his team in lieu of practice the team will go bowling instead. The players seem to have enjoyed...

Pete Carroll's Latest Prank
Many of you probably remember the dummy off of the rooftop prank USC football coach Pete Carroll pulled on his team and the media a couple of years ago. Carroll was at it again on Tuesday, and this time the recipient was sophomore defensive end Everson Griffen.
