Kirlew Named MVP for Second Straight Year at Football Banquet
Indiana fifth-year senior defensive end Jammie Kirlew earned the 2009 Anthony Thompson MVP Award, head coach Bill Lynch announced at the team banquet on Sunday afternoon at the Henke Hall of Champions. Lynch also recognized the team's 21 seniors, captains Will Patterson, Jammie Kirlew, Rodger Saffold and Ben Chappell, and handed out 13 additional season-ending awards.
