Gary Barnett left as soon as he got a "better" job. Randy Walker was taken by a tragic heart attack. Northwestern Football has had a tough run since their 1995-6 Rose Bowl season, but with former standout LB Pat Fitzgerald at the helm, things appear to be on the upswing.
