Former Nebraska Cornhuskers QB Sam Keller had his lawsuit thrown out by a Federal Court this week filed against EA Sports. Keller claimed EA Sports, who produces the elite College Football Video Game, stole his likeness and made money off of it unfairly. He claimed the NCAA and EA Sports conspired to force athletes to relinquish there rights to income in respect to the video game...

EA and NCAA being sued for using player likenesses in videogames
College sports games don't feature the names of players but other than that, the players are exact replicas of their real-life counterparts. That's what former Arizona State and Nebraska quarterback Sam Keller is contending in a class action lawsuit against EA Sports and the NCAA.

Well here we were Saturday morning in front of the 287th consecutive sell-out for the 2007 Homecoming game. In front of the last Huskers National Championship team, the 1997 squad, along with their greatest coach Dr. Tom Osborne.
