CLIP OF THE WEEK!
The Broncos are known for their draft day steals. The proverbial diamond in the rough is what ever team dreams about. Denver has been fortuante enough to experience this more then once. The player at the top of the list has to be Terrell Davis. NFL Network ranked Davis at #3 for Top Ten Draft Steals of All-Time…but he is #1 for our Clip of the Week!

Did You Know?
The Denver Broncos announced this week that Shannon Sharpe would be inducted into the Broncos Ring of Fame. I looked up the history of this team tradition and found it interesting.
Currently the Broncos have 21 former players inducted into this elite group. The list is impressive to say the least:
Terrell Davis -1995-2002
Steve Atwater -1989-1998
Gary Zimmerman -1993-1997
Karl Mecklenburg...

History of the Super Bowl Rushing TD Record
Over the next week and a half I'll be charting out the progressions of some of the Super Bowl Records. Why? Because we all want to learn. The Super Bowl Rushing TD record is pretty simple. The record was set in Super Bowl I when Elijah Pitts had two touchdowns. This record lasted for 31 years. Along the way it was tied by Larry Csonka (VIII), Pete Banaszak (XI), Franco Harris...

Mike Shanahan Fired? Damn…
I don’t care if Denver hasn’t made the postseason the last three years and finished this season 8-8 after an embarrassing loss to the San Diego Chargers. Why would you want to pay a coach 20 million dollars without being employed? Yeah he had John Elway, Terrell Davis and Sharpe, but didn’t he ...

The NFL Network Apparently Still Thinks The Geico Cavemen Are Humorous
The Geico Cavemen are everywhere these days. At Baseball games, at Football games, and now on the NFL Network for some reason. Watch as hilarity ensues when Steve Mariucci, Terrell Davis and Fran Charles go through a meeting with one of the bearded characters....Get it? A bonfire AND a cave! Ugh. Is there any Sport these annoying things haven't invaded now. Maybe I should...

It all starts on Monday night
I can't think of a better way to start my NFL career than playing against the Broncos on Monday Night. I grew up dreaming of playing in the NFL and I grew up watching Monday Night Football. To have my first game on Monday Night is really exciting. I actually grew up a Broncos fan watching Terrell Davis and John Elway and Ed McCaffery. That was my team, but that's all changed...

Texans Draft, Day Two
It's day two of the NFL draft, and there are five rounds of action today. A lot of the glory is given to the first day selections, but teams earn their money by being able to find gems in later rounds. Coaches, scouts, and GMs are looking to find the next Tom Brady, Terrell Davis, Shannon Sharpe, etc.
