Title Game Letdown: Oklahoma State Coach Believes Cowboys Would Have Been Better
After the first shutout in BCS National Championship history, many of us were left unsatisfied... or at least kind of sleepy. A one-sided field goal fest will do that to an audience, no matter how unreliable the kickers are (see Alabama's Josh Shelley and Cade Foster).

Alabama kicker Cade Foster not dwelling on misses
Cade Foster doesn't sound like someone discussing his own version of every kicker's nightmare. Wide right (twice). Then short. Then his team loses by a field goal. In overtime. Foster's three misses in second-ranked Alabama's 9-6 loss to No. 1 LSU have become perhaps the most infamous kicks in a collection of botched boots in big games this season.

Bama's Foster not dwelling on November nightmare
Alabama's Cade Foster has an advantage over other college kickers who've had costly misfires in big games. He's got a chance for redemption.
Foster missed three field goals in the second-ranked Crimson Tide's last meeting with No. 1 LSU. Alabama lost that one in overtime, 9-6. The heat got so intense Foster had to temporarily shut down his Facebook page.

Game of the Century. Until Two Months Later.
Nov 5, 2011. LSU vs Alabama. It was referred to as the "Game of the Century." Alabama and LSU both destroyed opponents in the games leading up to that day. With two weeks left before the game, both fanbases were chanting the other team's name, ready for the biggest divisional game in SEC history. The game went into overtime with a score of 6-6. A mixture of a penalty...

Alabama Football: Kicking Game Costly in OT Loss to LSU
The Alabama Crimson Tide (8-1 , 5-1) fell in overtime to the top-ranked LSU Tigers (9-0, 6-0) on Saturday night in Bryant-Denny Stadium in front of an electric 101,821 fans. I was too distraught about the loss last night to write any form of a game recap. This loss stings. And it will continue to sting for years to come.
In terms of the most deflating losses I have been apart of...
