Texan Defensive End Pledges to Purdue
Kingsley Ike, a class of 2012 defensive end, committed to Purdue over the weekend on his official visit. Ike verbally agreed to attend Rice University in his home state of Texas, but changed his mind after his parents had the chance to meet Coach Hope.
As you’ll recall, Purdue was upset by Rice earlier this season in Houston when the Owls blocked a last second field goal attempt...

Boilers Bring Home the Bucket
Purdue’s defense allowed only 8 points in the second half and benefited from four field goals from Carson Wiggs to secure a 33-25 victory over the Hoosiers. The win improved Purdue’s record to 6-6 which makes them bowl eligible and brought home the Old Oaken Bucket to its rightful place in West Lafayette, Indiana.
The Hoosiers threatened to score on their final drive...
