Arkansas State running back Michael Dyer has been ruled ineligible for the 2012 season, and it’s highly likely he’ll never suit up for the Red Wolves at all.
Arkansas State released a statement saying that the NCAA had denied the athletic department’s request for a hardship waiver that would have allowed Dyer to compete this coming season.
