According to oregonlive.com, The Oregonian newspaper's website, Oregon wide receiver Josh Huff was found not guilty on Thursday afternoon of Driving Under the Influence of Marijuana charges.

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ., -- Oregon junior wide receiver Josh Huff was at the Fiesta Bowl Media Day held at the JW Marriott Camelback Inn on Monday, 12-31-12. Huff discussed the preparation for the Fiesta Bowl and reported that Ricky Heimuli may have won the steak eating contest on Sunday night.

Saturday night Oregon Ducks Wide receiver Josh Huff was cited for drunken driving.
He was busted for being under the influence of intoxicants, for speeding and for driving without a license according to a Eugene police spokesperson.
Huff is a Junior at Oregon. He's 20 and reportedly cooperated with police, and was taken to jail but not booked.
