49ers re-sign Masifilo, waive Beeler

The 49ers swapped out former Stanford Cardinal players, re-signing defensive tackle Matthew Masifilo and waiving center Chase Beeler. Masifilo was signed by the 49ers on May 5, but released on Monday in the team's cutdown to 75 players. Beeler was an undrafted rookie out of Stanford in 2011 who spent all of last season on the 49ers' practice squad.
