PULLMAN – The on-again, off-again romance between Rahmel Dockery and the Washington State football program is enduring more turmoil this week. Dockery’s father said Friday morning that his son missed practice Wednesday and Thursday because he had temporarily decided – for the second straight year in fall camp – to leave the football team.
