Duke Lacrosse Players File Federal Lawsuit

Frankly speaking, it's a trick bag that Duke University can't climb it's way out of. With the luxury of hindsight, it's easy to say that the school should have been a little slower on their punishment and judgment of three lacrosse players charged with raping an African-American female stripper at an off-campus, alcohol-drenched party. But because the incident had all the makings of the perfect social and cultural storm, the school had no other route but the one it ultimately chose.
