For anyone that might be new to the game. Here is a great video of Paul and Gary Gait (*two guys who revolutionized the modern game) w/ Mike Powell (*not too shabby a player himself, acknowledge the sarcasm) putting on a shooting demo at the Carrier Dome (*one of the most iconic locations to play/watch lacrosse)
