Auburn men's swimmer sets an NCAA and US Open record at Championships
Auburn swimmer Cesar Cielo set an NCAA and US Open record Thursday at the Division I Men's Swimming and Diving Championships in Wash. Cielo set the record with an 18.47 50-yard split in the lead-off leg of the 200 yard freestyle relay. Cielo also went on to capture his second NCAA title of the night, winning the 50 yard free in a time of 18.52.
