Basso is Back. Signs with LiquiGas.

Ivan Basso will be back racing his bike this fall. The former Giro d'Italia champion signed a two year contract with the Italian Liquigas cycling team. Basso, 30, is finishing up a two-year suspension for his involvement in the Operacion Puerto scandal.
