Stefan Schumacher of Germany and Team Gerolsteiner wins the 20th stage of the 2008 Tour de France. Big news is Carlos Sastre pulls off a great time trial and keeps Cadel Evans over one minute behind and all but wrapping up the 2008 Tour de France.
