Buzz Bissinger: "Revere Me! I Work Hard and Some Critics Like Me!"

For those of you who don't watch Costas Now on HBO with Bob Costas (ie: all of you), this video is fairly eye-opening. The topic was sports blogs and the internet, seemingly harmless subject matter. It was harmless for the first 5 seconds or so and then we all become acquainted with how much of a sad, old, salty shell of a man Buzz Bissinger is. Buzz is most well known for Friday night Lights, the behind the scenes look at big-time high school football in Texas that ultimately became both a movie and an under-appreciated TV series. A dog-eared copy sits somewhere in my parents basement (where I live and write this blog of course)...
