What kids probably don’t realize is that the Muppets are totally for adults. Watched any episodes of “The Muppet Show” lately? Go do it. I’ll wait. (You may also find yourself realizing today’s “30 Rock” is exactly the same show.) Well, now everyone’s favorite felt friends are descending on Seattle. In anticipation of the new “Muppets” movie, starring Amy Adams and Jason Segel, SIFF is showing a slew of films this month at its theater – the old Uptown in Lower Queen Anne. There’s a chance to see the classics on the big screen, including 1979′s “The Muppet Movie,” 1981′s “The Great Muppet Caper” and 1984′s “The Muppets Take Manhattan.” [...]
