Bob Kraft, the wealthy and powerful owner of the New England Patriots, has called in some favors to some very important people in an attempt to purge his not so flattering audition video with actress/gal pal Ricki Lander from the internet and erase all memory of it with his powerful memory erasing ray gun machine.

Ok, I’m just kidding. He’s powerful, but not that powerful. In fact, he couldn’t even get a casino next door to Gillette.

The video apparently is property of Fox. It took off like crazy after it appeared on Barstool Sports via Youtube, and many, many outlets picked it up. Looks like it’s gone completely. All that’s left is “This video contains content from Fox, who has blocked it on copyright grounds.” I smell a conspiracy!

Earlier in the day, Kraft was compelled to explain:

“I tried to help Ricki prepare an audition tape for an upcoming Vince Vaughn/Owen Wilson comedy by reading Wilson’s lines,” Kraft said.  “I never intended that it would be made public and I regret that it has.  I think we can all agree that Owen Wilson has nothing to worry about. I am going to stick to my day job.”
