PLAYERS: Will Ferrell
D4L received a tip shortly after the Super Bowl that Will Ferrell was in one of the Big Game's commercials: That wasn't Will Ferrell on the tight rope at halftime. But here is the Super Bowl commercial he was in and only seen if you live in North Platte, NE. (You don't live in North Platte, do you?) My first thought was, "I don't believe you," but then I clicked the link and saw this gem:  Classsssic.

Will Ferrell Stars in Bizarre Old Milwaukee Beer Super Bowl Commercial Only Aired in Nebraska (Video)

It appears that Will Ferrell will go to any length imaginable for a laugh. Ferrell appeared in a Super Bowl commercial for Old Milwaukee beer that only aired in Nebraska, during a commercial break designated for local advertisers. In it, he walks through a wheat field and opens a can tossed to him from off-camera. As he begins to speak, there's a bleep and the commercial cuts...

Will Ferrell’s Unaired Old Milwaukee Super Bowl Spot

Funnyman Will Ferrell did a Super Bowl ad for Old Milwaukee, but no one saw it. That’s because, according to Deadspin, it only ran in North Platte, Nebraska. Why Old Milwaukee wouldn’t want to treat the rest of the country to this awesomeness, we’re not sure, but it isn’t the first time it’s happened. Ferrell has done two other Old Milwaukee ads, but they only aired in...

Madonna's tightrope dancer looked like Will Ferrell

There was a lot of flipping during Madonna's Super Bowl half-time show last night.  One of the most publicized was was the middle finger of M.I.A. But then there was some guy in a toga who just did them on a tightrope. In what had to be the weirdest part of the show, a toga-clad dancer performed on a tightrope and— who at first glance looked like Will Ferrell, then later...

The Best Super Bowl Ad That No One Saw

… Sorry, I shouldn’t say no one. Because clearly someone with a television from 1965 and a camcorder from 1982 saw Will Ferrell’s Old Milwaukee ad. PS I do appreciate Old Milwaukee’s overhauled advertising pitch. They’re basically saying our beer is so ******* terrible that its legitimately funny to drink it.
