Why Do The Attacks Get So Personal On Yard Barker?

What is shaking in the Yard on a late Saturday night Yard Barker? New York Vinnie and his Doll just got home a little while ago from a Saturday night in NYC. You may have noticed that New York Vinnie has been conspicuous in his absence from Yard Barker over the last couple of days. There is a reason behind it and that is the attitude of some of the folks on this site. Its like being back in High School again and New York Vinnie is way too far away from that scene to ever want to go back there.

New York Vinnie was attracted to Yard Barker because he saw some cool people talking about something he is passionate about SPORTS. But lately where ever New York Vinnie looks what ever post what ever forum there is some pud calling somebody out. In New York Vinnie's world that is just un-cool. You don't like what I am saying challenge my frickin argument. If you make sense I will tell you so and if New York Vinnie thinks you are wrong he will tell you why. But that is not the way things go on Yard Barker. Everything turns into a personal attack and it just don't make no sense.

The one thing that New York Vinnie hates is bullies that is the only thing that will get a rise out of me. New York Vinnie has attacked just one person in all the time he has been on Yard Barker and that was because Vinnie saw a guy getting attacked unjustly. We all have our lines in the sand that is New York Vinnie's if he sees someone being attacked for no good reason then he will step in. That is the way my Grandpops was. That is the way my Pops is and it is the way New York Vinnie is too. Any Frickin Pud can pile on or watch from the side lines. It takes courage for a MAN or a WOMAN to stick up for the Underdog.

Now New York Vinnie does not care if you attack him. There are a lot of sad pathetic people who the only way they can feel better about themself is to try to drag someone else down into the gutter with them. If You attack New York Vinnie he will not respond in kind New York Vinnie does not resort to sinking to that level. That is high school.

Now that is not to say you can not attack someone's city because of loyalty to your own. Just don't attack the person that is all New York Vinnie is trying to convey. Debate is great one of my teachers once told me that there are three sides to every story Your side My side and the Truth. We all have opinions and we are all entitled to them.

New York Vinnie has met lots of very cool people so far on Yard Barker and in his heart of hearts he believes that the majority of the folks out here are that way. So New York Vinnie is calling for you to stand up and be counted. Don't give in to the Frickin Bullies be strong unite. Debate but keep it about the frickin issue don't start challenging someone on their race or creed or start challenging their frickin man hood. That's for high school not for adults.
