Brat thoughts: Hey Brewers Ryan Braun hit 3 homers vs Padres and Knicks Amare Stodoumire punched some glass in anger Ow!
Just a quick blog to congratulate Ryan Braun on his 3 home run game at San Diego's Petco Park which is thought to be a pitchers park so the feat is more impressive. And its just one night and Braun has had a slow start but maybe if Ryan Braun gets hot and is clean then they can put that HGH talk to rest. Of course it will never totally go away but he beat the process and Monday night Braun hit 3 home runs in the Milwaukee Brewers 8-3 victory over the San Diego Padres.
Meanwhile Amare Stoudomire and the New York Knicks didnt have such a good night losing 104-94 to the Miami Heat and falling 2-0 in their first round series.
And then he punched some glass in frustration after the game. Ow! I understand frustration but as an athlete and a professional, you protect your important body part and for a shooter and rebounder that includes your hands. I remember back in the 1980s Cardinals pitcher John Tudor punched a fan after a tough game, his pitching hand. Yep protect those vital body parts you need to play. I respect Derrick Rose and his coach on the Bulls for staying in the game no matter what. He got injured the right way playing all out. Not hitting a fan or punching glass. Or Rajon Rondo of the Celtics bumping into a referee and blaming it on tripping over a shoelace.

Morning! Our town "crier" is on it~LOL.... Nice piece, but with all the doubts about Braun ~ 3 home runs in a "pitcher's" park..hmmmm, just makes a body wonder. And who knows, with the lime-light on Braun ~ m-a-y-b-e, that is why Pujols is not hitting so well. But then again ~ Pujols has been declining in performance at the plate for the past couple of years. I, too, was sorry to see the Knicks lose. I really do not like the Heat. And what is it about basketball players punching glass? Isn't this the second one? A moment of STUPID, I would say. Thanks for the compliment about Rose and Thibodeau ~ Rose is a class act.
