VERLANDER of COMERICA not HECTOR of TROY....Tigers advance to ALCS
They say in the Show Post Season its all about Pitching and Defense and and the A's saw first hand what they mean by the Pitching Part.
JUSTIN of Comerica (pictured #35) not Hector of Troy faces 30 Batters Three over the Minimum Batters of 27 A's Hitters, sends 11 of them back thinking I need a Lighter Bat or a New Game Plan, and allowed Only 4 to hit Maple, Ash, or Bamboo. Final Score...Tigers 6...A's...Zilch.
The Tigers Emerging Star in CF Austin Jackson (now you see why the Tigers let Granderson of the Yankees walk out of the D) went 2 for 5 with 2 Runs, and 2 RBI's. The Tigers were 4 for 13 with Ducks ready to go (Scoring Position) and the A's were 0-2 with the Few Chances they had Tonight. The A's hit a poultry .194 Tonight vs Verlander and that is 4 for 30.
Justin of Comerica was Magnificent and the A's have to tip their Cap to the Show's #1 Gun if you had a Choice of sending someone to the Bump....it would undoubtedly be the Tigers' Verlander.
Now the Tigers advance to the 2012 ALCS anxiously awaiting the Winner of the O's and Bombers Series which is going to a Game 5 later on Today in the Bronx.
