Tony Stewart clips Kyle for the win. Who's fault was it?

Kyle crashes!!! Tony was defending his position, Kyle checked up because he wanted the win. but Tony didn't let him. In my opinion, Kyle wanted to win so he ckecked up to win. But didn't. Good Job Tony Stewart
