3 is Scott Dixon's lucky number

Scott Dixon seems to have this three in a row thing down pat. After recently winning the Watkins Glen Grand Prix for the third consecutive year, the Chip Ganassi Racing driver did one better, winning a series-record third consecutive race last Sunday in the inaugural Honda 200 at Mid-Ohio. Dixon won by a margin of 2.6917 seconds, passing a pitting Dario Franchitti with nine laps left. And to make the deal even sweeter, it was Dixon's 27th birthday. And as fate would have it, two plus seven is nine, which is divisible by three...okay, I'm taking this three thing too far.
