The Smartest GM In The NFL, Mickey Loomis.

I came across this guy when looking into the Saints success this year. He has done some amazing things over the course of two years. A combination of good draft picks and F/A's, along with snagging top notch coaches has propelled the Saints into the #1 spot in the NFC.
I want to touch on how the Saints demolished the Eagles at home on 9-20-09. At first the issue went under the radar with me focusing on Jerry Jones distractions involving the Dallas Cowboys. It wont happen again. I see why now I've been letting these Eagles fans say all this stupid talk when they get blown out at home giving up 48 points.
That would be enough for the most sane person to STFU about the Cowboys and the loss to the Eagles last year. Nope, they got to still run their pie holes about redundant crapola. Trying to excuse that sorry excuse of a team. Why do I say this you may ask. Simple the Eagles are not a good team, they wont win the SB, and PR don't win SB's.
Now on to my article. The reason why I say what I said about savant Mickey Loomis. Is because he is the reason fans like me enjoy the NFL today. People love to see talent emerge in the midst of adversity. I say all this because Mickey was progressive enough to take the coaches that the Cowboys and the Redskins should have had as their next generation H/C's.
I'm speaking of Gregg Lewis and Sean Payton. Both the victims of being associated with organizations without a directions to carry on what others built before they arrived. Thus, you see the continued tarnishing of stellar NFL franchises. Not Mickey though. Mickey hurried up and swooned and cajoled until they agreed to start the Saints on the journey to the top.
Just look at his player moves. Drew Brees, Marques Colston, Darren Sharper, Jeremy Shockey, Jonathan Vilma, and Scott Fajita. All contributing members on a highly successful team. Sean Payton has that young Saints Line looking like the Cowboys Line when they were young. Play calling? Please,... Jason Garrett can only dream of being close to that smart. Speaking of smart that's what Mickey is apparently doing. Surrounding himself and the Saints with smart people.
Gregg Williams, what can I say? I was happy to see him out of the NFC East but at the time I didn't understand why the Saints, I see it now though, Mickey! That defense is a Gregg Williams defense. Speedy, smart and tough. I can only give them credit for having "The Smartest GM in the NFL".

I really do feel the Eagles are overblown in the rankings. I don't hate the Eagles that's just the way I see them. I do feel you guys are setting yourselves up for another let down. They are no doubt a top team. All things being equal. It's hard for me to think they can get past several teams ahead of them.
The Saints has shown that they have all the weapons in place to make a serious run at SB XLIV. True "FILL", anything can happen and I'm sure it will, but these Saints have been making excellent moves. Which leads me to believe whatever happens Sean, Gregg, with the help of Mickey will adjust accordingly.
Post Note: "Fill", I hope you take what I say with a grain of salt. I respect you as a peer blogger. There's however an element in your fan ranks. That will get no leniency from me for being acerbic with their comments. And,.... Yes my team have not show the same grit so far as the Eagles I admit it I won't sugarcoat that, but this amplified static. Calls for corresponding sentiments.

Besides we played two undefeated teams and both our losses don't add up to that annihilation the Eagles suffered by the hands of dem Saints. I got two words for ya,.....Who Dat?
Lets just stay with this 09' season if you don't mind. Along with the reality that the Cowboys aren't playing their best at present. While I let you deal with this latest bit of factual news.

Don't go fooling yourselves the same thing will happen when you get in the playoffs. It's your destiny, for us to shake our heads again when it happens,....... "Again". Better yet you go right ahead, you have fun with that, but save us the whinning for the team that kicks your butts,............ "Again".
"48-22, just pitiful, just ahhhh what's the use?,.........

Like I said let's focus on your debacle at home shall we? You know like the experts who said the Eagles draft put them as prohibitive favorites over the Giants in 09' to win the East. Those experts?
I love seeing your defense get demolished, and just between you and me your QB don't play defense. So, you needn't use that excuse. Giving up 48 points is all on them. I saw a T/O on special teams if I'm not mistaken? Looked like you laid an eagle egg. Did the experts predict that too?.
You made mention of your laughing. I'm guessing that should mean something? Oh well,........ you know better than to hold you breathe on that one. If you think I give sweet lovely damn. Besides, this has got to be a first. You getting thumbs upped for a grammatical correction? Damn,....... What will you eagles fans think of next?
BenPhranklin replied October 13, 2009
ps. it was a typo, a misspelled word, not a grammatical error.
Robbo24 replied October 13, 2009
You think we Cowboys fans are dense, huh? Why?,.... Because we don't listen to you? Dude damn,..... we just not use to your form of excuse making, that's all.
You would be better served by saying,......... "We had a bad day at the time. Things like that happens in the NFL". Now I could go with that,......... but this "we had four turnovers" and "our QB wasn't playing" and "we gave away 28 points",...... dude c'mon.
Still though, I stand corrected. Whether it was a typo or whatever. Some eagles fan thumbed you up for a typo correction? Now that's petty, you got to bare with me on this one, but "That's got to be the most petty piece of blogging I ever seen!!!!!!". Even for eagles fans,.......

Trying to make like K.C. is a walk in the park,...... please. I can assure you it wont be a ghost town buddy because that fiction you talking bout wont even happen.
Besides, why you worried about that comment? If your team is all that? Let some Eagles fan tell it, they were suppose to go 19, or 24-0, or some crap like that. Wooops, got woke the hell up didn't you?,....... on top of getting blown up on the scoreboard.

You need to resign you animosity to Americans who feel different than you. FYI, it's a choice to name the Dallas Cowboys America's Team, this is a free country, and I don't hear to many people thinking it's a title deserving of the Eagles. Unless you got evidence to prove otherwise?
Oh yeah,......America's Team won if you were interested.
