Washington Redskins: Keeping Jim Haslett is a Huge Mistake

Despite leading a Washington Redskins' defense that struggled mightily at times in 2013, Jim Haslett will keep his job as the team's defensive coordinator.

As a result of his previous working relationship with Redskins' new head coach Jay Gruden, Haslett will continue to serve as the leader of a unit that during the 2013 season, was once on pace to finish as one of the worse defenses in NFL history.

Here's why the Redskins' baffling decision to keep Haslett has to be viewed as a big mistake.
