TUF Fighter Named in Wrongful Death Suit

Sometimes you have to wonder about the screening process of these reality TV shows. Zak Jensen on the current The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights has been named as a defendant in a wrongful death lawsuit. Jensen has been reportedly implicated by a family as playing a part in their son’s death on a Mexico vacation.

i dont think this is poor judgement on the UFC's part or the overall view of MMA. There's worse case scenarios in other sports that surpass this scenario. Also would i have been fair for the UFC to say no we're not taking you becasue you have a case pending...and what if that person was found not guilty then what? He may have grounds to sue the UFC for not accepting him. Also a check on a persons criminal background in the UFC is probably useless i'm sure there's a large portion of MMA fighters that have criminal records i know of at least 5 off hand
