NBA Playoffs 1-16 seeds no East or West.

During the time that the Golden State Warriors were fighting for a playoff spot in the West, Don Nelson had an interesting idea. He said when playoff time rolled around the NBA should just take the top 16 teams (by record of course) and seed them one through sixteen. Well I did just that and I used whatifsports.com to simultate the playoffs, and to no surprise the most consistent team over the last ten years won. Tell me what you think.
