Triple Double Roy Wins it for the Blazers !

Blazers win in OT ! Looked like a scary game tonight with the Knickerbockers in town. Zach Randolph was out for blood tonight but BROY and Trout pull off the win for the Blazers. Travis was huge in the forth quarter push and OT win. BRoy knocked down the deciding tip in over Balkman. But once again The Rose City's Superman takes over and steps up in the clutch. BRoy had 20 points, 10 Rebounds, and 11 assists. Proving to us all once again that he is an All Star in this league. No matter what toys you bribe coaches with. This one was so strange, I got scared once again. The loss would have been huge to the Blazers, but once again the Knights of Rip City pull this one down, and kick Randolph and crew out of town (Give us Freddy Jones back, and take Darius with you). Trout hit the shot that tied us up in the 4th to take us to OT with 5.6 seconds left. The Knicks actually played really well, so did Zebo. Overall it was a fun game to watch, the Knicks arnt so hot this year but they are always fun to watch. Trout has a crystal ball, he predicted a triple double for BRoy tonight. Its so fun to watch these guys. Go Blazers!!! The Garden was crazy once again, but I am expecting my ears to bleed on Monday against the Nuggets. See you all there!!!!!

What do you mean "take Darius with you"!?! I thought you loved Darius? Allthough, I agree... I want Freddy Jones back. I also want James Jones to start knocking down his three's again! It's hard to watch him miss from the 3 point line, especially when we need him. That was a scary game but you know how the Blazers are, they had to win it. Congrats to BRoy! What a little all-star. :)

Honestly I love Darius, through and through. I have met him twice and first impression was he was just a cool dude you would hang out with. Its that evil looming contract that I want to go. The guy wants to play, but they just will not allow it. Its sad, but with all the trade talks looming, and making cap room for this next year it is just a fact that Darius and Raef are going to have to move on one way or another.

I am not going to knock my boys Blake, or JJ but we need a true PG. Right now though I cant possibly see a Chris Paul or a Jason Kidd fitting into the mix. I wish they would let Darius play, but I just dont think it is going to happen, and he probably wont press the matter. He is a good guy, I know it, people just see him as a thug at which he is not. He is from a hard area of St.Louis he is going to be a guy with a bit of a hard shell, but deep down he still loves the game, and everything that comes with it, including the fans. But people are so quick to judge, they see a guy with cornrows, a RR phantom on 23's, and a Regal sitting up like a truck, and they think THUG. He is only human, people make mistakes, but he means well.

I only wish him the best, but right now Freddy Jones is a hometown hero, people love the kid, plus he has hops and is always fun to watch.

Good luck with James Jones. When he was a Sun he was so inconsistent. When he was on you would think this guy can take you all the way, and then he just disappears. Suns are much better with Hill this year

I loved JJ as a Sun. Portland was the next best place he could go in my eyes, now I get to see him play all the time. Phoenix needs to watch out for him though, when they play the Blazers, all ex-suns play their best game against Phoenix.

Darius Miles is a cancer to the team. Then only reason he is still here is because we can't get him to retire or get rid of his contract. He must love watching basketball and getting paid to have the best seat out there. Freddy Jones didn't really do any thing either when he was here, he is a bust. I feel bad we almost lost but great finish by Outlaw. Big game coming up, we have to step it up big time.

I watched the game and it was exciting. I love Zack Randolph and I think he shouldn't of been boo'ed like he was. I don't think he was that bad of a guy, just didn't have the best team with him when he was there. Roy played great and made a statement on his allstar decision (which he will have to continue to do to convince me that he is a true allstar) Knickerbockers can get so close so many times, but when all is said and done, there still a bunch of losers with Thomas.

Fully agree with you man. Zebo is a great player, a good guy. But Portland has deemed him a bad guy for some reason. But much respect is aimed at him. He is a great player, I hope the Knicks can iron out their problems. Marbury being out is step one.

The case of Brandon Roy tonight was that he had a jacked up hand, but I believe he is an All Star. Not just with his stats, but in leadership. Does that count as being an all star? IDK, to me it does. The comparisons with Boom are not fair, because Boom is a god among men, but it is only when he wants to be. I really think Boom should have made it over David West any day, or even Amare he is having a not so hot year.

You really wont find a Blazer fan that says B is better the BROY, because at this point stats show that Boom is better on paper. Out of anyone that got snubbed he got snubbed the hardest.

I just think the GSW VS PDX shit has to stop. Or the Boom vs Roy has to stop. I guess I have been a catalyst lately for it. But Boom is the real deal and I respect him more then most players. He is a stand up guy and a great leader. But

Reasons why he wasn't liked in Portland:

Friends with Quintel Woods who was involved in dog fighting, Punched a team mate (Ruben Patterson) in the eye during practice, arrested high and with Marijuana, never passed the ball, was a black hole on offense, never played any defense. On top of all that it's no wonder Roy saw him as a detrimental to the teams success. This is suppose team be a team that plays with all 5 guys who are on the court. Randolph never did any of that and that is unfortunate. We had a lot of good time with Randolph here, it was his time to go. I'm glad he still has a house here, and he is a great player, just not for our team. I would not have booed him. Those fans booing were the ones not going to the games last year.
