What do the cavaliers have to do to support Lebron and/or win a championship?

The cavaliers got a big insert with Shaq coming but will that be enough? I think that the cavaliers should reach out and try to grab another great player but not a superstar. They already have shaq who is running out of fuel and Lebron those are two superstars that night in and night out score 20+ points per game and are "Franchise" players. But They also have big name players but not superstars just all stars. They need one or two more big name players to win a championship.
