Philadelphia NBA Fans ~ You're Pathetic!

So many fans having been watching and enjoying the NBA playoffs ~ a lot of good play and unexpected situations.  But in last night's game ~ Chicago Bull's against the Philadelphia 76er's ~ Joakim Noah was injured in the third period. Now usually one can hear the intake of air and wait to see if the injured player can resume play....if not, applauded that they should be so lucky to walk off the court, or field.  Not last night ~ not in Philadelphia ~ fans cheered for the injury sustained by Noah.  I'm just amazed at the rudeness of fans these days ~ is it in the water supply, or are they really inconsiderate "not right" idiots??!!!! Have fans begun to stoop so low as to be that disrespectful?

Unfortunately, the Bulls are injury ridden and should the 76er's make the next round ~ it won't be because they are that great of team ~ it's because the Bull's did not have their regulars on the floor to take them out! I do so hope the 76er's are eating crow at the end of this series ~ they don't deserve to be amongst the elite.

Those of you who are 76er's fans ~ those who are 76er's team members ~ after last night's display, you really have nothing to be proud of.

Always ~ Elichap

  • this is what really concerns me and sports
    are forgetting a key word??
sportsmanship or is the word being replaced with WIN AT ANY COST???
  • Yes Elichap thats rough behavior by the fans but remember Philadelphia is the city where they booed Santa Claus and cheered when Michael Irvin was knocked out it a game. Very passionate fans but with a rough edge, not saying its right or classy. Nice post Beth. Best wishes Bratman
  • Ok dude how would you feel if you got hurt and fans booed and threw **** at you. Doesn't feel so good does it. Remember no matter who they are there is a human being under there but you dont care about that. Think about it.
  • yea drunks at sports events how neaato and ruin it for us fans who might want to go to the event NOT A DAMN BAR
  • Hey thanks for the comments ~ and clarification, Dawk. But I still feel it's pretty pathetic ~ no matter "who" walked in just as he was going down. Coincidental?? Maybe. Just didn't "sound" too "worthy" to me! ") Rough around the edges ... hmmm. No cooth comes to mind. Have a great day!!
  • So the fans are "looking" for entertainment away from the floor. Interesting meaning of the word "fan". LOL... Regardless ~ I do hope the Bulls find some spunk and sets the crowd straight. ")
